Due to enormous strain experienced on our servers during Sunday Million 9th Anniversary and All-in Shootouts, our system has experienced some technical problems and caused some players to disconnect from our software.
These problems have now been fixed and you are once again able to continue playing as normal. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Additionally, we will be considering refunds for all materially affected players. "Materially affected" means you missed a considerable number of hands and lost a significant portion of your chip stack due to blinds and antes. By sending this email you have already ensured any affected games will be subject to a thorough review, but if there is any further information you feel is pertinent to your specific case, please feel free to let us know.
